Depending on the location of one's home, the panoramic eastern views
from the high-rise apartments and condominiums give way to incredible
vistas of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. On the west, Gold Coast residents
are treated to the vibrant city life at ground level.
Long a sophisticated cultural haven for slightly older (30's and up)
professionals, the well-to-do Gold Coast encompasses a wealth of
extraordinary residential properties including high-rise properties,
mansions and brownstones.
Synonymous with class, the style and management of the properties in the
Gold Coast reflect the area's unparallelled commitment to excellence.
Upholding these high standards are such esteemed real estate property
management companies as the Beitler Company, Capstone Property
Management, Chicago Future, the Habitat Company, Jerome H. Meyer and Co.
and the Magellan Development Group. For the sizable investments property
owners have made, they are relieved to find that the buildings are well
managed, secure and, on most occasions, result in good investments.
The majority of the upscale high-rise buildings feature on-site work-out
